Practical completion means the system has been installed, tested, and is operational.
Title to all installed equipment remains the property of Nature Carer Environmental Solutions Pty Ltd until payment is received in full.
Failure to make payment may result in:
• suspension of warranty services
• debt recovery action
• recovery of associated legal and collection costs where permitted by law
4. Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) Rebates
NCES works with accredited partners under the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) program.
We may assist customers in preparing rebate documentation; however:
• rebate amounts vary depending on system type and eligibility
• final eligibility is determined by the Essential Services Commission (ESC)
• rebates are not guaranteed
Customers must provide accurate and truthful information when completing rebate documentation. Incorrect or misleading information may result in rebate rejection or cancellation.
5. Installation Requirements
Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property for installation.
Additional equipment may be required for certain installations, including:
• scaffolding

• lifting equipment
These requirements are more common for double-storey homes or difficult roof access and may incur additional costs if not included in the original quote.
6. Compliance Certificates
Where required by law, installation work will be carried out by licensed tradespeople.
Relevant compliance certificates may include:
• Certificate of Electrical Safety (COES) issued by a licensed electrician in accordance with Energy Safe Victoria regulations
• Plumbing Compliance Certificate issued by a licensed plumber in accordance with Victorian Building Authority regulations
These certificates are issued by the licensed tradesperson responsible for the installation.

Battery installations include:
• system installation
• system testing and commissioning
• safety checks and operational setup
Heat pump installations comply with applicable plumbing and electrical standards in Victoria.
8. Warranty
NCES provides a 12-month workmanship warranty on installation work unless otherwise stated in writing.
Equipment supplied is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, typically ranging from 5 to 10 years depending on the brand and product.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nature Carer Environmental Solutions Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of energy savings, loss of business, or inconvenience resulting from installation delays or equipment failure.

Installation schedules may be affected by factors outside our control, including:
• weather conditions
• supplier delays

• electrical or structural issues identified during installation
NCES will make reasonable efforts to notify customers and reschedule installations where necessary.
